Job Description



Responsible for managing the personnel and shipping processes in a particular area.

Responsible for participating, supporting, and maintaining compliance to the company's quality, environmental and occupational health & safety policies, procedures, programs, and activities as defined by the company.

Position responsibilities does include direct communications with customers or representatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.     Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics.

2.     Track and account for all outgoing products.

3.     Ensure shipping material matches packing list before orders ship.

4.     Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of our products is being managed as requested.

5.     Confirm proper and timely delivery of products to internal and external customers.

6.     Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks.

7.     Ability to plan a job from start to finish including selecting the most effective processes and subordinates to carry out the task.

8.     Manage their workload (e.g., scheduling overtime, requesting extra personnel)

9.     Direct their subordinates in the correct process and safety techniques for each of the tasks they assign.

10.  Enforce facility and safety rules as well as company regulations and core values Is able to evaluate their subordinates' performance and explain the evaluation professionally.


Directly supervises 6 to 10 employees in a manufacturing environment. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


Diploma or GED. 3-5 years supervisory experience in metal fabrication environment.


This is a Full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm (day shift)


This position does not typically require travel (< 5%).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is seldom required to sit. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.



The position requires the employee to be in a shop environment and may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, chemicals, moving mechanical parts and/or vibration. An employee can expect to regularly come into contact with dirt, grease, and oil. The noise level in a shop environment can be moderate to loud. The temperature in the shop closely follows that of the outdoors. Outdoor tasks may be assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
