In this school BCBA role, you will support teachers, staff, and school administrators by working with students with behavior challenges within a Specialised Day Class.
Your SPD will consist of 3 - 12 students to ensure a small caseload.
Your students will vary in age from grades K-12, as determined by the school district, and the level of intervention and support they require will be determined according to the parameters outlined in their individual education plans (IEP) or 504 plans.

As a school BCBA, you will:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavioral intervention plans.
Offer training, workshops, and strategies to teachers and behavior techs to meet students' individual behavioral needs.
Help students learn to manage their behavior to optimize their own learning experience.
Observe and report students' progress toward the goals outlined in their IEP/504 plans.
Qualifications for this BCBA position include:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Master's degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
Prior experience working in special education preferred, but not required.
OBM experience is a plus! Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification.
BLS certification.
