General Laborer description:
Pulling and terminating low-voltage cabling in attics, crawlspaces, and along roofs.
Mounting, aligning, and maintaining antennas on roofs and radio towers.
Use of hand and power tools.
Use of boom lift, skid steer, and hydraulic dump trailer.
Climb ladders, work on roofs, climb radio towers.
Maintain clean and professional work environment, tools, and company vehicle.

Radio tower climbing, rope skills, and tower rescue training and certification RF theory training (fresnel zone, side lobes, RSSI, etc.
) Work with carrier-grade microwave equipment Help develop a complex, diverse, wide-area network Requirements:
