is seeking an IT Manager with experience supporting IT infrastructures in both a professional office and manufacturing shop environment.
On-site position.
Salary $95,000-$125,000 flexible based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following traits:
Curiosity and willingness to understand organizational issues and, through analysis/experience, present solutions that add efficiency and value to our operations.
Solid communication skills through discussion and documentation.
Willing to be directly involved in all levels of tasks needed to support current operations and to achieve project based goals Experience working as a team member on internal solution/application development projects that includes an understanding of the OSI model, UI development, database development, hardware setup, and collection of data from user inputs and PLC based systems.
Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory domain functionality and security functions.
Knowledge of network security and disaster recovery best practices.
Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, VB.
net, Java, etc.
), development techniques, and the Software Development Lifecycle.
Ability to see a holistic view of the network and software infrastructure and analyze potential solutions for their ability to enhance the whole system versus a singular issue.
As a team member, ability to bring creative and original thoughts to discussions for potential solutions.
Ability to mentor and educate IT staff for professional growth.
Ability to train end users to fully maximize value for use of internally developed and externally acquired solutions.
Commitment to established ethical values for IT professionals.
A strong personal desire to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from four-year college or university in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related field.

years of increasing responsibility in corporate IT operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft domain functionality and architecture Strong knowledge of network structure and hardware Knowledge of programming languages and development techniques History of working in a manufacturing business environment preferred.
